- We Are Unitary Patent Ready
We Are Unitary Patent Ready
We are proud to announce that our platform is fully ready for the upcoming unitary Patent system set to launch in 2023. To ensure that you are also prepared, we have added a new feature that allows you to easily add and manage Unitary Patents.
Modification in EP validation workflow:
In this update, we have made modifications to the EP validation workflow. You now have the option to add Unitary Patents to your database, which will automatically cover the ratified countries at the date of entry. For non-UP members, you can still add classic EP validation.
UP patent overview:
Once you've created a new Unitary Patent, you can access a dedicated overview where you can find important information such as the UP-registration date field and a widget that shows the list of ratified countries at the time of registration. This provides a clear and concise view of your Unitary Patent coverage.
