- The Option to Cancel Projects and Jurisdictions
The Option to Cancel Projects and Jurisdictions
After placing your order, you can cancel any jurisdiction or the entire project directly in the Services Portal. The system will notify the right teams, and help you keep track of any pending or completed cancelation requests.
To cancel an active project, open Project List and click the Cancel Project button on the right.
To cancel a jurisdiction, open Project Details and scroll down to Jurisdiction Details. Click Expand All to view all jurisdiction-level fields. Then click the new Cancel Jurisdiction button on the right.
In both cases, a confirmation dialog appears, asking to verify changes and allowing you to enter any optional notes for Questel teams. Once you confirm cancelation, the Cancel button becomes read-only and shows that changes are pending.
Our teams are notified about the request and proceed to make necessary updates in their systems. As soon as changes are finalized, the Canceled status is displayed on project and jurisdiction level. Canceled orders move to the Canceled tab of the Project List.
You can also view Change History in Project Details to see any pending or completed cancelation requests related to that project.
