Jurisdiction-Level Claims Field in Estimates

Paris Convention and PCT National filing estimates now have a jurisdiction-level Claims field. Adjusting claims by jurisdiction can useful when trying to avoid excess claim fees where those are charged.

The project-level claims in Paris Convention estimates are manually entered in Step 1. In PCT estimates, they are automatically populated with data from WIPO.

By default, the jurisdiction-level claims are automatically populated based on the project-level value. They can later be manually edited in Step 3. When modifying the claim count, you will see fees adjusted for any jurisdictions where claims affect the cost. The Official Fees and Estimated Total will be recalculated in real time.
