Downtime Notification for Integrated Services

When WIPO, EPO or other services integrated with the portal are experiencing a downtime, a horizontal banner on top of the screen will now notify you about this. Depending on the extent of the maintenance these providers are undergoing, some or all portal features may be affected. If you notice a downtime banner, we recommend coming back in a couple of hours, as generally services are restored by then.
