Report sharing in ProSearch - upgraded options

Report sharing in ProSearch has been improved with additional features. Please see below:

• There now is a possibility to share reports with just one user, multiple users, or even a pre-saved list of users (library of users):

• Reports can be re-shared further by anyone who has the access (earlier only the original owner could share, but now colleagues can "pass over" the report from one to another)

• Shared reports are now displayed separately from other items in History, as it was divided into two sections:

A red dot at the "Shared" section signals there is a new report there

• When collaborating on a report via Read-Write mode, there is an action monitor that gets updated every 30 seconds and shows the number of users in a session and whether any changes have been applied to a report

In Read-Write mode, you can collaborate by applying colors and comments that will be visible to the whole team (via the action monitor, you will see that smb made a change, and you can use the Reload link to display that on your end). 

At the same time, please keep in mind that ticked checkboxes remain individual for each user (you only see your individual selections and can create your own custom reports with those). The only exception to this is the selections made by the report owner - their teammates can click on “Update selections” and see what the report owner has applied (please note that this action overwrites your individual selections!)

Moreover, if the original search owner updates search parameters and overwrites the search, it will be updated/ overwritten for the whole group (only the original owner can do this)
