Renewals - bulk instruct renewals through report generator

We have added the ability to provide bulk renewal instructions via the renewals report generator.  This is available for any renewals that have not yet been completed. Users can make a selection of due dates via normal report creation, and then use the 'Bulk Instruction' option to input an instruction. If using the PAVIS integration, this can be combined with report filters on the renewal provider and provider order type (single orders only). Instructions will be transferred to PAVIS in the usual way.
