Renewals - Add settings to automatically regenerate service charge/official fee when charges are processed

Settings that allow linked renewal quotes to be automatically updated with the latest charge sheet information when the charges are processed and added to the case. For example, if your Law Firm service charge updates between the quote being added and the renewal being completed, the charges can automatically be updated to reflect the new amount before invoicing.
