Expanding the integration between Equinox and Qthena to allow projects to be created or opened from within an Equinox case.

Qthena Integration - Create/Open Projects
Equinox and Qthena users can now create and open Qthena projects from directly within Equinox!
A link is added to the documents tab of the case for users who have the integration enabled. The link directs the user to Qthena and will either open a new project if a matching project isn't yet found, or will open an existing project in Qthena if a project with the same case code is found.
The integration uses the application number from the case in Equinox to automatically create the correct project type in Qthena - EP, DE, US, WO, or Blank.
