PAVIS Integration Improvements

We have made a series of improvements to our Equinox - PAVIS renewals integration. The summary is below:

• The order payment status now displays within Equinox - allowing the user to track the order from being in progress, to paid, to completed
• Error message wordings have been updated to be clearer for the user on the data that needs correcting in the system
• New case transfer errors now retry automatically each night, removing the risk of needing to remember to retry the request after correcting the data
• Updated utility model handling to include the number of claims
• Updated the start renewal for family page to include PAVIS order type, start date and split invoicing fields (if in use)
• Added the renewal provider field to the import from PTO tool - allowing you to link newly imported cases to PAVIS during the import action
• Adding a setting to prevent a case being closed if there are active renewals linked to the case
• Minor UI improvements
