You can now sort your Hit List by patent family number (FAN) and extended family number (EFAN)

This new sorting option is particularly useful for conducting patent searches in the FULLPAT collection or FULLTEXT, allowing you to maintain dependency links between patents, patent families, and inventions directly from the Hit List.

To enable this display in the Hit List:

  1. Click Display and add the Family Number field.

  2. Click the Family Number header to organize your patent list.
