New possibility for managing alerts associated with workfiles

Until now, it was only possible to send your alert results directly to a single workfile. This sometimes forced you to create complex search strategies in order to combine several related subjects in the same workfile.

This change now enables you to feed multiple alerts into a single workfile.

You can now either :

• directly create the workfile you wish to be fed with the results of your alert.

  

• select an existing workfile to receive these results.

  

Thus you can now create several alerts for the same target workfile. In line with standard workfiles, existing documents will be deduplicated.
