Markify knowledge base, customer support widget, and the newspage integration
Dear clients,
To improve our interaction, we have now implemented two very nice additions into the Markify website.
First of all, it will be now much easier to follow the new developments that we post here on our Product releases page because the link is integrated into Markify website.
On the top navigation menu in your account, you can see a link called “News”. As soon as there is a new article posted, you will see a small red dot beside it. Upon clicking, your browser will take you to this page here, so you can be promptly informed of any new additions for Markify:
And secondly, on the right bottom corner of your Markify account page, you can see a button called “Help”:
It opens a widget that contains the Markify knowledge base – a collection of user guide articles for all our products. Feel free to use the search string and look up useful information and step-by-step instructions for using our tools:
Moreover, this widget also has a “Contact us” form that sends a message to Markify support. Do not hesitate to reach out to us if any additional assistance is needed or if you have some suggestions on further product development.
