JPO File Import
Functionality that allows files received from the Japanese Patent Office to be uploaded to Equinox. When processed, the files can update case contacts and bibliographic data, generate tasks, and import documents.

JPO File Import
Equinox allows files received from the Japanese Patent Office to be uploaded within the system via the 'Import JPO File' tool. The tool can be accessed via the left sidebar when viewing the case details tab of a Japanese patent.
The tool supports the upload of multiple files at once. After the files have been uploaded, a summary screen provides the user with details of any bibliographic data changes, tasks that can be generated, and any new documents that are available to save to the case:
The user has the option to Discard or Process the entire data event, or each individual item.
A 'JPO Import History' link is also available on JP patent cases, providing a list of all events processed on the corresponding case:
