Bye bye Public PAIR homepage link, hello patent center direct link!

The USPTO is retiring public PAIR and replacing it with Patent Center. More information can be found here:

All the links to public PAIR in Orbit Intelligence have been replaced with new ones to Patent Center. Although the public PAIR links would only lead to you its home page, the new Patent Center links available in Intelligence bring you directly to the USPTO information of the patent.

This is a great improvement for everyone needing such information.
