- A new Graphical Variant Analysis for Orbit BioSequence
A new Graphical Variant Analysis for Orbit BioSequence
Analyzing mutations, substitutions and gaps is important for many domains. Traditional pairwise alignments give a precise view of what is happening for two sequences but lack the global view across families and publications.
Common questions such as "Show me all variations at position 10" or "What are the most common variations?" can be easily visualized.
Starting from your OBS results, you can display a visually interactive multiple alignment of the result sequences aligned to your query. You can highlight positions, remove sequences, explore important positions.
Obviously, your most important patent information is available.
Finally, exporting complete, manually filtered data sets in spreadsheets allows one to share the exact information necessary to your customers. Even more! Your multiple alignment is also exported in spreadsheet format!
