- Improved validation process for saved searches
Improved validation process for saved searches
Orbit NG allows you to create and save search strategies consisting of several steps. Before saving a search, Orbit NG validates its structure. If a syntax error is detected, or if the search structure is too complex, a message informs you.
This process is now asynchronous. This allows you to continue working during validation, which can take several minutes.
After clicking on “Check and save”, the application checks the syntax. If the search is error-free, the application displays a list of your saved searches. The line corresponding to the current search shows an animation indicating the processing in progress.
At the end of the process, a small window appears in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen, wherever you are in the application, to indicate the end of the process and its conclusion: your search is executable or not.
Enjoy this update!
