PTO data comparison
The PTO data comparison feature is a valuable tool for staying up-to-date with your patent portfolio. This feature allows you to receive weekly updates on your patents in an Equinox Corporate + platform.
About
A weekly scanning service that scans active Patent and Trade mark cases on the client system and compares the data against official office records, through the use of the iOrbit and Markify APIs. Missing or inaccurate data is identified, with options for the user to update the discrepancies with the official office data. Also includes an option to automatically update cases based on the PTO data, on a field by field basis.
