CSV Bulk Import - Tasks

A new import tools that allows users to import a CSV file of tasks to be added to existing Equinox cases. The tool is for importing new tasks and allows values to be uploaded for all standard task fields, as well as custom task fields. Users can download a template with an example entry from the import section, and then upload the completed file back to the system. Equinox validates the spreadsheet before import and highlights any rows in the file that won't be imported due to data issues, for example not having a valid case reference.
