CSV Import Tool - Cases

The tool allows users to import spreadsheets of cases directly into Equinox, facilitating quick and easy self-onboarding, as well as efficient handling for new portfolios.

Users can download a template with an example entry from the system import section, and then upload the completed file back to the system. Equinox validates the spreadsheet before import and highlights any rows in the file that won't be imported due to data issues, for example if a required value is missing, or if a value is in the incorrect format.

Users can import the majority of standard case fields, all date and number fields, and any custom fields specific to their system. All imports create corresponding log entries.
