Client Access - UI Revamp

The client access portal has been given a new and modern UI update. We have also introduced client access themes, allowing Equinox users to use their own company logo in client access, and to add custom header text and custom URLs within the client access portal. Colours used throughout the portal can also be customised. Themes can be set globally or per client access account.
