Client Access - Instruct renewals though portal
Clients are now able to provide instructions for renewals directly through the client access portal. This is enabled through the client access admin section, via the 'Allow client to manage renewals' option. There are 2 settings available in the system that determine when renewals are shown in client access, and when they become open for instruction. The Manage Renewals section in the client access allows users to filter by 'Upcoming Renewals' and renewals 'Open for Instruction'. Client access users can enter instructions in bulk or per renewal, and when submitted these are automatically reflected on Equinox. If using PAVIS, the instructions are also transferred to PAVIS immediately.
