Client Access - Document Collaboration

Equinox users are now able to collaborate on documents with client access users. On a per document basis, Equinox users can choose whether to enable collaboration mode on a document, and the type of collaboration available. The functionality includes the options for clients to approve or reject documents, or to directly upload new document versions themselves. There is also a document chat log available. Notifications are included as part of the functionality - Equinox users can receive system notifications when the client completes an action, and client access users can receive email notifications on open document collaboration items.
