Client Access - Dashboards and Map Widget Improvements

Client access now supports our full dashboarding functionality that is used in the main system. A global default dashboard can be defined, and custom dashboards can also be created for individual client access accounts. Multiple dashboards can be assigned to one client access account. We have also improved our map widget dashboards to display regional coverage of EU trademarks and EU designs.
