ChatGPT now on Orbit Intelligence

We're delighted to give you access to this new feature in Orbit Intelligence: ChatGPT for patent reading.

This feature is divided into three use cases that solely apply to the claim part of the patent you are viewing:

Summary of claims

Get a simple, easy-to-read summary of the claims in just one click (auto-summarize button): speed up your understanding of the document to determine its relevance to your business.

Definition of key concepts

Is part of the text obscure because it's new to you? Select the text (one or a few paragraphs or claims) and right-click on the context menu, then choose "Definitions": you'll get the definitions of the 10 main concepts present in this text.

Technical explanation

Is there a concept you'd like to understand better in the context of the patent? Select the concept, right-click and choose "Explanation": ChatGPT will provide you with a precise explanation, taking into account the patent from which the concept is extracted.

In all three cases, no information other than the patent content is transmitted to OpenAI/ChatGPT. The call is made from our server, which also masks your identity to the publisher.  Note that we will constantly improve our connection to ChatGPT and that you might experience some slowness at first.
