In the current version, Insight's security and authentication system are built on the top of our contextual search assistant. This means that we do not share any personal information about you with OpenAI/ChatGPT.
So, when you enter a term and use the InsightBot service, that term is securely and anonymously transmitted through our Questel servers.
Your complete search remains within Insight.
