Automatic PTO Notification Processing

Equinox PTO Notification functionality has now been updated to support an automatic processing mode, allowing notifications from the EPO and USPTO to be automatically processed without manual user involvement. 

With automatic processing mode turned on, if a preset is found in your system that is linked to the type of communication you have received, the tasks will generate automatically and the PTO documents will be automatically saved to the documents section of the case. The system can also automatically use the date of the PTO notification within the preset tasks to calculate any applicable deadlines.

Automatic processing can be enabled per PTO in System > System Preferences > PTO Integrations. 

The preset links can be defined in System > PTO Notification Processing. Users have the ability to disable automatic processing for specific correspondence types.
