Generally, in Orbit Asset new tasks are assigned to the case manager for the associated asset.

This new feature allows users to define certain tasks which should auto assign to other users. For each task you can modify the default assignee. The following options are available

• Case manager
• In-house attorney
• A specific user

Tasks can also be disabled to stop the system auto generating tasks that are not useful for your workflow.
