In the case above, two applications (one US and one WO) have 2 hits with our query. Until now, you could only export all hits, in other words, that would be 4 lines of results. You can now choose to export only one of those 2 applications per alignments depending on your preferences, for instance the 2 WO hits only; or you could choose to export only one item per family, in which case your preferred representative patent would be exported just for the best alignment of the family.
